What a brilliant course. So many great opportunities to discuss scenarios, think about specific learners and explore the ethos of the school through training. It was lovely to have the time to think so carefully about the opportunities we have to support learners to redirect their energies into something so much more positive and to think how powerfully the staffing around the learners can change their own pathways.
