Learning with Ben is always fun, I normally dread these courses as it is death by power point. I feel more confident in my ability and this refresher course helped me to remember what we taught last year. The course is helpful and will help me conduct my role with more confidence.

Very descriptive and ensured things made sense however could have made it more interactive
Refresher was really good as I forgot 1 or 2 holds / break aways tutor was very professional and was very good and demonstrating everything
