Engaging session. Very informative and fun. Course leaders very fun and work well together. Good breaks and made sure everyone is always ok and happy with every part of the day.

Excellent day. Were able to effectively learn breakaway and restraint safely and in depth. Used alternative methods throughout the morning to ensure engagement was paramount.

I feel that this course should be a refresher every 6 months rather than 12 months , due to not having many incidents in our home , we forget , but having a new child we had help ( very much needed ) with our new YP from the tutors . Thank you

I really enjoyed the training provided by Ben today. I felt it engaged the room really well, something that is difficult to do as most people feel burdened by refresher training to an extent. I enjoyed the training a lot

This course really made me understand myself and the mindset I should have when taking care of the young people The physical intervention refresh was clear and easy to understand Best thing about this course is that it focused on interactive learning rather than slide shows which really helped my concentration throughout the whole thing

Ben and Alex had a great teaching technique and the course was fully enjoyed by all. Ben ensured we were confident each time before moving on. Alex and Ben were both very patient and ensured we learnt each technique without adding pressure and keeping the training light hearted and enjoyable.

Was good refreshing training and I did really learnt a lot about the PBS, helped me getting more confidence skills to be able support service users.
