Dea and Matt ensured that the course interactive especially as it was the last day of term. Participants were able to discuss situations throughout and leave with a smile on their face.
I felt that the training was really relaxed but still focused on learning
The trainers were excellent and got straight to the points they were informing the staff about. They explained the points very clearly, so everyone understood what they talking about.
