This course really made me understand myself and the mindset I should have when taking care of the young people The physical intervention refresh was clear and easy to understand Best thing about this course is that it focused on interactive learning rather than slide shows which really helped my concentration throughout the whole thing
Ben and Alex had a great teaching technique and the course was fully enjoyed by all. Ben ensured we were confident each time before moving on. Alex and Ben were both very patient and ensured we learnt each technique without adding pressure and keeping the training light hearted and enjoyable.

Great course to refresh my knowledge and discuss cases happened in real life at work
Yearly refresher, great course with some changed from last year. Delivery presents well and I was able to understand, trainer able to answer question and give advice of how situations can be avoid with pro active strategies.
