Content of the course was good it all came back to me and gave me ideas and lee was very clear and made sure we understood everything so enjoyed my refresher
Lee got across all the points of the theory in an enjoyable and precise manner. He ran through and taught the physical skills refresher in a way that was enjoyable and didn't dwell on points where everyone was already capable. Enjoyed it.
