Very good refreshment course. Corrected some of the things I was getting wrong. Confident in all restraint methods. Ben is a very good trainer
The course is great Ben is a very good teacher, shows and explains everything in detail and is humorous as well
The course was very helpful in developing my skills in restraints and verbal de-escalation, which I can now use when on duty.
Trainer was very knowledgeable, kept the group focused with tasks and discussions. Everyone was respectful and listened to one another.
