This was a very helpful informative course. The trainer mixed the course up with discussions around the topic, practical and slides so it wasn’t to repetitive. I found this to be very helpful for my learning style

Very informative and very well delivered training. Practising the techniques, and being observed and assessed by the trainers, gave me the confidence to know that I understood and was competent in each hold/redirect/breakaway technique. Trainers were very supportive.
