About the trainer, Ben is absolutely up to the task of training. He does it with passion. He brings the training to you as it is in him. Giving you all his best. He's a strong guy he's never tired he can go on and on for ours. And he's got a lot of respect in him. He's sociable and very interactive. Keep it up Ben.
