Enjoyed the course and found this very informative and the trainer Joe very knowledgeable. I enjoyed both the non physical and physical parts of the course and it’s great we refreshed on all the elements of the course as it brought me up to speed with current knowledge and good practice and legislations.

The refresher course was very well delivered Joe made me feel at ease and confident to ensure I had the skills and knowledge to use PBS if ever I needed to.

Joe was very well presented on the courses. Joe help and supported us to refresh are pbs. Joe was excellent at listening and explaining alot clearly.
