Very good and informative course, Ben was an amazing instructor
The RRN training that we did with tutor Ben was very helpful and useful in our day to day work as hospital security. The techniques shown have given me an extra confidence level when it comes to restraining, as they are safe and keeps patients and myself from getting injured. Ben is a charasmatic and energetic individual who kept us entertained and kept the course fun

The trainer - Ben has been amazing. I attended my 1 year refresher RRN training and Ben explains and teaches in a way everyone is able to understand. He is very helpful, even if you are struggling to get things right he will guide you until you are understanding perfectly. Ben also made me feel very comfortable throughout my training session.
Thank you for making the training clear and engaging. I liked the examples and how interactive it was. Adding more real-life situations could make it even better.

Absolutely loved it today. Ben was amazing as usual, it was good to go through the restraint's training again.It's how he explains everything and has a brilliant sence of humour. I wish I could do this course every 6 months or so.
Really informative learnt alot about different scenarios and new techniques. Liam is really knowledgeable and very helpful
