Ben was a great course leader, information was not an overload, the physical techniques were direct and taught with clear direction. I feel a lot more confident in my approach moving forward. Great refresher course
Really informative refresher course. The trainer communicated with the team incredibly and in a way everyone understood and at their level. I enjoyed today and it was great to build confidence in the team and witness that myself. I took a lot away from it. Thank you for your time Ben x
