Forgot quite a bit but had help from the trainer which explained and made it easy

Fiona was the course leader and enjoyed the refresher. As we do not often use restraint or breakaway. It is always good to have the re train.

Very good course fiona considered individuals abilities and ailments ensuring ability to use techniques needed

Really enjoyed it today felt more confident. The instructor was clear and precise and I never felt pressured into doing anything.

Found content ok, I didn’t feel instructions were clear and some elements were confusing.
