I found both the training overall very good. I know doing the refresher today was defiantly beneficial for me. I felt like Melissa was a very good trainer. Her teaching skill was on point. Melissa explained everything really well to us, and also gave us lots of examples so that we understood. Melissa joined in with us on the physical part of the training. She explained and demonstrated with us until we perfected the techniques. I feel that although today was just the refresher training, i have taken away a lot from the training,. I will be practising the physical techniques to become competent.
