First time training with John. Put at ease straight away. Very good knowledge of PBS and Sherwood training.

The training was presented in a thorough way and understandable way. Everyone was made to feel comfortable and everyone was able to participate and have their question's answered.

Made the training more enjoyable

I enjoyed the way the content was broken down into sections instead of having everything thrown at us in one big lump I also appreciated being assessed in small groups rather than having to perform manoeuvres with lots of people watching
