Wasn’t looking forward to it, but had a good day. Good refresher of already learnt skills, Ben delivered it really well, was supportive kept us engaged

I was quite nervous of doing this refresher as thought I wouldn't remember much from the last one. ( John also taught this). Was suprised at how much I did remember and John made me feel very much at ease which meant I was less nervous. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.
