Liam was quite good in his delivery and presentation.
The trainer was very good at explaining the techniques, also didn’t push me to much with my back injury kept asking me if I needed a break which I appreciated
I enjoyed the constant feedback on how we were doing and how we can improve making it safer for everyone. The constant reassurance for movements make sure everyone is in a position not to get harmed. Liam was very friendly and calm with questions asking everything was no sweat at all 100000/10

I really enjoyed the training and helped me improve my technique trainers were also amazing.
