The course was very intense. It was good to get the refresher training as it is something that would protect me and the patient. The trainers were engaging and made the training fun

This training is so helpful as It teaches staff how to safely manage and de-escalate potentially violent situations without causing harm. At the same time it helps to reduce the risk of injury to both staff and individuals involved.
