Thanks great refresher, feeling more confident

I leaned a lot in sherwood training today. I feel very confident to use physical intervention in a proper way now. The trainer(Ben)was excellent.

Ben is thorough and clear. He builds positive relationships and ensures understanding. Always leave feeling like I’ve achieved something.

Good trainer who kept the room engaged and allowed a lot of talking for people to talk about the difficulties we may face
