The de-escalation training was highly valuable and relevant to. The session provided practical tools and techniques for handling difficult conversations calmly and professionally. Scott was great at instructing the lesson today, giving clear instructions and examples throughout the day, was great to have a refresher especially as in the home I work, Physical intervention is not a common occurrence, thankyou Scott.
