Great training. communicating well throughout. Went through the different techniques a couple times to make sure everyone was happy. Overall learnt some extra skills and things to improve on in my techniques I already use

The trainer was very good at explaining the techniques, also didn’t push me to much with my back injury kept asking me if I needed a break which I appreciated

I enjoyed the constant feedback on how we were doing and how we can improve making it safer for everyone. The constant reassurance for movements make sure everyone is in a position not to get harmed. Liam was very friendly and calm with questions asking everything was no sweat at all 100000/10
