Clear communication. Answered all questions clearly. Made the training enjoyable. Extended information. Allowed time for breaks and always checking to see for questions, if everyone is okay and if everyone understood.

Amazing trainer, very down to earth. Make it very easy, took it at out pace and listened and went other things that we needed

I’ve done a full course of PBS and this is now My second PBS refresher. Was great to have a refresher again after not needing to use PBS techniques for over a year. Great to keep up to date
