Amazing trainers very effective in teaching me the correct techniques. Will highly recommend and have enjoyed thoroughly whilst learning new skills which I will implement at work place

Genuinely all three of these days have been excellent. I have had Ben for session 1 and today session 3. Excellent trainer, engaging and friendly. Some emotive topics discussed, but done with professionalism and to with ease. The holds felt safe and easy to remember. It will improve my practice and understanding. Hopefully I will never have to use, but would feel confident if I did
