I wanted to express my appreciation and the training was well-structured, engaging, and highly relevant to my role. The facilitator was knowledgeable and approachable, creating a comfortable environment for learning and discussion.

Gilbournell and Liam were engaging and knowledgeable, presenting complex concepts clearly and with practical examples. The session was effective with slower pace providing more opportunities for questions. Overall, a valuable and well-delivered training.

The course was educative and informative. We have a lot to take away as we were navigated through the theory with well explained examples. The practicals were well explained before we were given a chance to practice. Gibs did well being his first group. Thanks so much
