Great training sessions picked up a great deal of knowledge
John was absolutely amazing so much valuable information. John was patient and very knowledgeable about the course definitely recommend him .
John was really great at communicating. Giving real-life, appropriate examples, highlighting repeatedly the importance of using a hold as a last resort. I felt supported and safe with a tricky topic, which has important consequences. Even though I am not directly providing care, I still want to understand the theory and practical element of de-escalation and how to best support young people who are struggling to communicate and are in a vulnerable state. The training was excellent, as was John.
Jamie did really well and explained the training thoroughly. I am now confident in completing my PI training. She has put a lot of details in this training
