RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,216 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Outstanding trainer and ensured everyone’s needs were met. I now have a great understanding of the level 3 safe holds and how this can be used in a real life situation if needed. I understand how to do the safely and the correct way. I felt included and listened to throughout the course which gave me great confidence throughout the course !

Very useful and definitely needed in practice as past experience, it would have been more helpful in those situations. It makes all the staff on the same page when needed to do any restraints.
