The course has been amazing from start to finish. The trainers were excellent in explaining and demonstrating what they were teaching. The content of the course was excellent and was thorough and covered all areas. There was always time for questions and discussions on what we were covering. The techniques we were taught are amazing and you can see how these work and n reap scenarios. Thank you Ben, Kirstie and Steve.

The RRN course is one of the best I have undertook so far and learned a lot from the physical intervention part to the mental health explanation of it. I believe it is essential to take this course if someone wants to work in the hospital environment as it applies 200%. Ben, Steve & kirstie are of the best and are highly qualified when explaining the course in an easiest way for everyone to understand from different backgrounds. Well done job
Response : Hi. Thank you for the excellent feedback. I have personally sent Kirstie, Roger & Ben an email congratulating them on an excellent course. Thanks again for taking the time to leave feedback.

So the training I received I've known other colleagues do the same technique without the training and it's always worked so I'm more than confident

I have more about autism, legislation on mental health, how to keep people safe, how to communicate with people, how to restrain people/patients absolutely if necessary, using divert way to help a patient by distracting them and help them when triggered. Ways to approach patients in a polite and caring manner lots more have learned. Thank you to Ben for bringing this honestly.
