Really good day, I learnt a lot and it was taught very well, we had a great trainer

Great training, loved the fact that it was a small group and we were able to get more one on one teaching.

Excellent course content. Kirstie was engaging. I feel confident if I have to use these techniques in practice. I have learnt a lot from the three days of this course.

I enjoyed the physical skills I learned from this course. The trainer really helped me learn these physical skills be correcting my technique when necessary.

Liam was a good trainer and he engaged with us really well. Also laughed and joked with us and I will rember the training.
