Jamie was a complete gentleman, he also showed us some great restraint and was very helpful.

I really think this course is well taught. It was clear, not complicated and relaxed. I felt comfortable to practice my skills and now feel 100x more confident in a difficult situation on my ward and I feel I can work WITH security and maintain a safe environment Ben was really knowledgeable and helpful - didn’t miss a trick!
