I really enjoyed the course, and I believe it will be valuable for my role. The trainer, Kirsty, was excellent.

The training today was very helpful,the trainer took out time to deliver all my expectations and am more willing applying it in my work

Took all of our points on board, gave us time to speak and listened to our concerns and answered and responded, rather than just skipping ahead. Very useful skills taught, feel that my practice will be safer going forward. Thankyou Kirsty.
