Took all of our points on board, gave us time to speak and listened to our concerns and answered and responded, rather than just skipping ahead. Very useful skills taught, feel that my practice will be safer going forward. Thankyou Kirsty.

Very informative and I learnt a lot. Matt the trainer, has given great real life examples too! He kept us all engaged and I feel confident if needing to restraint a young person. All information was very clear! Thank you Matt for all the help you have given me!

Referred practices to a realistic approach, related the course to the environment staff are familiar with. Humour & snacks and made all participants feel welcome and made sure everyone had understood and staff had become confident
