Theory was interesting and delivered in an understandable way and if that was not the case, Andy would rephrase so that we all understood before we moved on. For the physical interventions, Andy was nothing but patient and understanding with certain aspects that I was unable to do and always found a way for me to practise the skill without upsetting myself. Literally the best training course I have ever been on in my 7 years of working life. Thank you!

Probably the best training in regards to physical interventions I've had. The theory was completely relevant and the pace was perfect, I feel completely reassured that the team have had good quality PBS training and look forward to working with them on implementing the PBS plan.
