It was amazing. Kirsty was genuine and very very knowledgable about the content of the course. She answered all questions and in answering used evidence based practice.

Kirsty was very clear in her instructions. Kirsty explained things well and keeled re checking that we understand.

The corse Trainer Kirsty had a deep insight and experience into the course subject matter and the people we support in our service Kirsty was Fun and it was a pleasure to Learn from her for 3 Days

Learnt a lot, very relevant, learnt a lot of different skills and knowledge about our job and service users that I didn’t know before. the trainer Ben was very passionate and very engaging.

I learnt so much over the past three days. Ben was an amazing tutor, the way he taught was not only in a polite and profession manner, he was thorough and had a sense of humour to make it more enjoyable.
