I have had some PBS training prior to this,it's nothing compared to Kirsty's .Kirstys approach and genuiness in tea hing this subject was amazing,informative and friendly.I really enjoyed the whole course. Thank you kirsty.

Very good, Ben was absolutely brilliant and made the three days absolutely fly by. Very informative and feel as though I will use what I have been taught if I have to.
