Overall i thought the traning was fun and informative. This was due to Leigh, as she has a lovely many about herself and explained in a way most people can understand.

The course and the trainers were both worderful. Very important in our job role. Leigh was very confident, knowledgeable and supportive. Liam was supporting Leigh when required.
Good course, very informative. Learnt alot of new things and some really good breakaway and RPI techniques as well as having two very good course leaders. Content offered was high quality, would recommend the course to anyone who needed positive behaviour training.

Leigh is patient and teaching in an interactive way which makes everything easy to understand and comprehend. The content is useful and I have greater confidence in handling young people with behaviours of concerns.

Very good and informative, and very patient and thorough
The course was very well delivered, educational, engaging and fun. Leigh made sure we were made aware of the learning outcomes, content was reviewed in regular intervals and there were regular opportunities for all participants to feel accomplished and included.
