Ben and steve are very good trainers, very entertaining and are good at keeping everyone engaged in the lesson. i never caught myself bored, not once through 3 days

New concept on behaviour approaches very good and high level training appreciate it.
I really enjoy the course and learned a lot. Coming from a military back ground and working on the doors this course has show me a new way and changed the way I think about security. Its made me start thinking from the persons point of view and to consider their feelings
My instructors for this course were Ben and Steve I can’t recommend them highly enough their professionalism is absolutely second to none they made me feel right at home and safe while I learnt the course material I would love to run the course again in the future if I can
