The trainer was excellent in his delivery The overall course was very informative I learnt to use restraint as the last resort And then to get the whole information before making a judgement

John was amazing, understanding and took the time to be caring to each person. He made the content of the courses understandable and easy to intake. When John noticed someone was struggling or couldn’t cope, he would help 1-1 with that trainee. John made the course easy fun a great laugh, not just a boring lesson to be learnt. 100% would recommend John to anyone who needs an easy understanding of a course. Can not fault John at all 100% a great understanding man. 😊😊😊
Was a really good and informative course and was deliverd really well by Kirsty and liam all strategise that we used have made me feel a lot more confident and now have knowledge in so many more methods I can take into my work place
Both trainers were brilliant. Made sure everyone understood. Answered all questions. Mindful of feelings and needs of all course people attending. Liam in particular was very engaging and with humour and used various strategies to help engage and make learning fun. I also appreciated the personal feedback and advice given by Liam at the end of course. Thank you
