I learnt alot of new information about talking people down and when restraint is needed, Ben was a fantastic trainer who made the course fun but also full of information and help me improve when I was doing messing up

The course was very educational and show a much better side of how to deal with certain situations, the training had shown so much better ways to deal with situations and helps promote safety with all people and departments that are in situations, the trainer was very educational and managed to show both theory and physical parts of the course to be shown and learned in the best manner and had helped get a better understanding of the better ways to deal with certain situations
Ben is overall a very good teacher, I felt like he got me very involved in the course. The the class was very valuable to me and my job and I will use my training in the future. I’ll give Ben 5 Star+ very good teacher and understanding. Top man. Learnt a lot.
First impressions of the course was it was different and was not sure about the way of learning. After a couple of hours if they I could see how different the course was going to be in a good way as the course went on over the 3 days it has blown my mind on a new and easy safe way to keep people safe in a workplace and how excellent and professional Ben has been in making it easier to follow.
I rate the coarse as the best coarse I have ever attended in the past 27 years as a security officer the practical moves were amazing the most I took away from the coarse was to sometimes step back & understand the patients needs before I act all due to how the training was delivered so big thanks from me
Ben was the best trainer I have had in any and all the courses I have done so far he is clear about the things he’s teaching he makes it easy to follow and understand he is passionate about us the learning class to be at standard the course it’s self is very eye opening and I have learned new things a new way of doing things and that the new way will stay with me for the rest of my working career I have enjoyed this course and would recommend it to all staff.
At first I was thinking to myself how this course and trainer would be any different to what we have had before. How wrong was I. To say the least. The restraint’s, Holds and breakaways we were shown were alot better and easier than I have ever been shown before and the step by step teaching of them were brilliantly done. I and all the team were pleasantly surprised to say the least thanks to our teacher and how the training was given out from start to finish.
The course was very interesting and I will love to work with Ben anything he on of the best I have ever seen in training and I'm very happy that I have learned a lot about restraining and communication and all that I learned today thank you
