Kirsty explained everything in detail and checked understanding ,physical limitations of individuals ,overall excellent .

Good learning curve for me, equipped me with new methods to promote positive behaviour and less restrictive last resort restraints. Trainer (Kirsty) is a brilliant teacher who has the patience and knowledge to successfully train others and looks good whilst doing so!
