Best Training Course, where I got too many skills in form theoretical and practical. It’s my first professional face to face training in Healthcare and Support Field. I enjoyed it too much in all three days. Trainers are very professional and they taught us by their best ways.

The 3 days where very informative, the training is going to help me with my support worker role, and i will better be able to handle situations that arise with challenging behaviour.
The course has shown me most things i thought i was doing right where actually wrong, and kiven me the tools to correct my previous ways of handling behaviors. The trainer was very good and made sure everyone understood what was being taught

Course was really good, chantelle is a really good trainer, she shown huge knowledge in the subject the training will really help me in my job role
