RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,285 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

This course was very productive I felt I learnt a lot and I also felt that the trainer was able to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout each step of the way. Alex was very helpful and went at a pace to suit all students. Overall 5 stars in all areas 😊

I felt that the overall session was quite helpful and that I gained useful knowledge and refreshed myself on distraction techniques and also the arousal model. The trainer was very good at getting her point across and giving us creditable information to help in our future support work

Response: Hi Suzie, Thank you very much for leaving feedback, We are so glad to hear you enjoyed the course and the delivery from Ajay. We will be sure to let him know.

Incredible delivery of the training carried out by ajay gorman. Made it very enjoyable but in a professional manner. And the amount I feel I have learnt in the last 3 days is huge and once again I put that down to how the training was delivered.
