RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,184 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Lee Rafter was very patient and really took his time throughout the course. He's such a good trainer and being under his training has helped me learn a lot of things and also helped me with my self esteem.

I learnt a lot in this course. I came in very anxious and not sure about how I would get on but I learnt very quickly. I normally find it difficult to learn, concentration wise but Ben was very helpful and made the learning fun

Response: Hi Charlene. Thank you for the feedback and hope it enriches your confidence in your role and yourself going forward.

I really enjoyed this course because it was not just taking in notes but it was also physical. This allowed everyone to actively engage but it also ensured that everyone learnt something.
