I was unsure about the word restraint having worked in mental health many years ago, however the new way of least restrictive interventions and the way the trainer explained and demonstrated everything. I felt comfortable and confident and feel that this will help me enormously to help the people I work with feel safe. I think I will leave this course with the correct training to improve my understanding of the job.
