Alex was a very friendly, approachable and helpful trainer. Her way of teaching is very efficient, we as a team learnt a lot in the 3 days we were there. Such a lovely character! Hannah was amazing. Showed all the techniques and explained them really well. If we had any doubts or queries these were immediately resolved. Advised on what we could do to make these techniques of restraint better and more appropriate to the children we will be working with.
