This is a good course with sound basic skills for dealing with aggressive behaviour. I found it difficult to understand the relevance for my role but you never know !

Very informative and very easy to understand the training requirements and good understanding.
I had an excellent training with my trainer no concerns, no injuries, very safe training.
The course was really informative and I liked the focus on least restrictive practice. Rozy was very knowledgable about the materials and had answers for any question we had. She ensured we were all practicing safe restraint techniques and not being over-trained.

Really enjoyed the course, i found the last day harder but John put me at ease enough to complete restraint moves correctly
