I just finished my three day Sherwood training with Ben&Liam i give these guys a five star overall kn how they conducted themselves. They were very clear with the way they spoke and also very clear with all the instuctions they were giving. A lot of courses i have been on have been boring but this was very well and had the balance between theory and practical. Both trainers were enthisiactic in there teaching which kept me active throughout the course.
Ben and Liam were absolutely brilliant, I learnt things that I could definitely use at work and also outside of work. Couldn't have asked for any better trainers to do the course with. Ben and Liam have a very good way of teaching and know how to teach people in different way, Once again couldnt have asked for any better trainiers. Much appreciated thankyou to Ben and liam. Absolutely brilliant course, learnt a different approach in order to de-escalate a situation SAFELY & SUCCESSFULLY. I learnt how speaking to someone and using certain words or phrases in order to engage conversation and help the person to come back to their baseline. An example of this would be to speak about their interests and talk about it with them. I learned how to safely restrain someone keeping everybody safe. During this course BEN and LIAM demonstrated crucial points on how to keep everyone safe and how other may feel when suffering with ( autism , depression and any other mental health issues ) . We learnt about the scale in which a situation will start and increase and how to control the situation bringing the person back to their baseline. I would highly recommend this training programme as it the most effective and safe style of training. We have also learnt that we arnt just security guards WE ARE THEIR TO POTENTIALLY SAVE A LIFE. I just can’t wait to go out there and use these techniques
