I have been in residential care for over 15 years. I must have to say Lee was very transparent delivering the PBS. I feel like I've gained alot of knowledge in descalating when a young person is in crisis. I felt the PI holds was brilliant. Lee was very supportive in difficult situations. I really enjoyed his knowledge and experience as Lee was very transparent with delivering his massage. This will help me when working with the young people.
Solid training, very well descriptive with real life examples given per topic. Given a good insight on people with different Psychological minds. Practical very well taught and made understood personally 1 by 1. Both trainers Ben & Liam. Friendly and have great knowledge and know how to deliver in point

This course/ training was amazing, honestly this was one of the best course I’ve ever been on. Really got to learn new and very different skills which has helped to understand what my job is as a security officer. Ben and Liam are stars I have really liked the way they conducted this course.
