The course was an absolute eye opener to non restrictive tactics and how physical restriction is the last resort. Great course overall.

The course has a great content on how to manage service users properly.

Very clear and concise delivery throughout. Attentive to all learners needs. Also delivery was consistent, with adequate breaks for reinforcement.
