The course has been very educative, the process of the delivery of the training is very explicit and clear to understand. The training is very good i learnt so much and i will surely use it to help prevent behaviors and reduce restraint going forward.

Really positive experience with Sherwood’s. Interesting seeing the difference with previous training I have had with restraint training, with a different provider. The gradient approach will defiantly help support my practice working with CYP. Kirsty is a great practitioner, very knowledgeable with good insight into clinical reasons of holds.

Ben Made it very interesting, made sure everyone was motivated and engaged at all times! We was all able to have a laugh with him! There was even personal questions about my own life situation and Ben was able to give me some understanding and managed to help me and guide me into the right direction!
