I found it all really interesting. Lee was brilliant at delivering the course. It covers the psychology n the science aswell as the physical aspects of it.
The training sessions were very good and Lee Rafter is a superb trainer. I have never had such comprehensive and interesting training before. I will recommend this training sessions and the trainer, Lee, most especially anytime.
