Amazing job in all areas helped a lot understand ever well
Kirsty was polite, approachable and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and helped answer all questions when we have looked further into each step and how to identify these strategies ourselves. The course delivered a good balance of theory and practical, theory beforehand to help us understand the correct steps to hopefully avoid rpi. The practical to help us complete the rpi safely. Liam was a fantastic, bubbly character. He was very animated which helped me to remember the moves. We repeated all moves until we felt comfortable and safe doing so. I feel I learnt a lot that I can use in my day to day practice. The course was very full on and intense, my body aches and I am very tired! However, in a good way.
I really enjoyed the course. More in depth and tiring than I imagined it would be.! A good mix of seriousness and humour. Excellent trainers. Would recommend this to training to anyone. Many Thanks

I have learnt a lot about pbs, de-esculation and the importance of staff attitude when dealing with service users with challenging behavior. I believe this training will be very beneficial to me in dealing with my current packages. Chantelle is an excellent trainer, she has the right attitude and approach and is good at breaking things down.
