Am glad I had this training and I feel privileged to have been as my trainer for this course

Thanks to Ben I have gained lots of knowledge and confidence to do my work.Ben is really good at what he does.

The course was very well planned and useful. I will be using the theory and the practical in my work place to help me safeguard the children.

The trainer (Ben) was able to make the training very interesting, interactive and fun. In Ben's words, a good entertainer is a good teacher, and he proved it. Really informative and delivered in a great way. Taking a lot away.

I am impressed and happy with how Shaun has delivered the physical interventions course through out the 3 days. As per finishing the training I know have more knowledge from this course and am now confident on how to act and what to do in a situation if physical intervention has to be taken, at first I wasn’t white getting it but Shaun made sure that at the end of it all I knew what has to be done. 😀
