Course was brilliant trainer went out of his way to ensure everybody was on the right track, Kept it simple and offered various repeats incase people didn't have the confidence to speak up, Strong voice and ability to take control over the Training session, Ability to be the voice of the room, Amazing ability to offer support in a lone tone, 1 to 1 regarding getting it right.
-Good trainer -Presented well -Simplified information and physical interventions down well to a point that I understand -learnt new physical restraints -listened to me, understood me and answered my questions to an amazing extent -extremely helpful

Lee has been one of the best trainers. He's been really patient, with a great attitude and taught us really well about restrain and other important things. Very knowledgeable and insightful training. Loved it
The trainer was very impactful when it came to telling us stories within care settings where by restraining went wrong due to poor training. He was also very patient with the group when it came to learning the manoeuvres and very encouraging. There was never a dull moment and the course was highly engaging at each point even the legislation section.
The course was very insightful and mind blowing. Content was very informative in regard to the care work I’m currently doing and I have learnt a lot of things in Positive Behaviour Support to different service users. Great Job Lee!
