The trainers were both absolutely amazing. I felt comfortable to ask questions and well looked after. The delivery of Amy’s work was very well delivered. She ensure it was broken down in chunks for the group to be able to absorb information. I have no improvement for them as I honestly was so please with everything. The only thing I would recommend is some visual aids or notes of the holds in the book to refer to. It can be hard to remember them all but having something to refer back too in the booklet would be useful.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it incredibly valuable. From the start, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout. The training materials were easy to understand and retain, making it simple to apply what I learned. The trainers were amazing—knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely supportive. Very engaging throughout, have alot of experience overall with this topic and dread attending however Amy was very enthusiastic and inspiring when delivering the course.
