The instructor was knowledgeable and engaging. The handbook provided was helpful and easy to follow. The training was great, I learned a lot of techniques and how to manage YP behaviors learnt skills and how to speak to them correctly and confidently, happy to take away the information and confident to use if nesscary to help to change YP lives and keep them safe.
