The trainer was exceptional as he went through the practices several times. Materials to assess whenever needed would be appreciated. I feel more confident than ever working as a support worker.

Lovely to have e a training course, ran by an instructor who is passionate, energetic and knowledgeable about what they are delivering. Always willing to find the answer if he doesn't have it already.

Extremely informative course. Allowing me to support my residents better using primary and secondary control measures. As well as tertiary control measures. Harry was very knowledgeable and managed to answer all of my silly questions. Patient and understanding when teaching the breakaway techniques and restrictive maneuvers
