The course we did with Liam was the best ran training i have personally ever experienced. I was consistently engaged and wanting to learn more. His energy and inclusion of all staff was immaculate, at no point did it seem anyone was excluded and all trainees were engaged at all time. Personally, i've never seen myself as someone who's good at learning/listening to training as i have bad attention span, and have already done this training in prior jobs so assumed i'd learn nothing, but even the subjects i thought i knew all, i learnt so much. These training sessions have made me so ready for my job and has reassured me that this is exactly what i want to do. Liam's lit an inspiration in me that has told me im capable of education, and i now want to further my knowledge and join university alongside my new job. This desire was never around before this training. I've thoroughly enjoyed every moment :) thank you

The training course was excellent! The trainer was knowledgeable, engaging, and encouraged questions, making the material easy to understand. The course was well-structured with practical exercises that brought real value. Highly recommend both the trainer and the course
I think he adjusted to cater to all levels of experience and was able to effectively communicate information while maintaining a mix of professionalism and entertainment. The course itself was informative and understandably important however some parts of the PowerPoint were repetitive and seemed almost unnecessary despite my lack of care background. I enjoyed the consistent and personalised feedback throughout the course!

Excellent delivery of the PBS course. Both instructors were very knowledgeable and gave specific examples of scenarios in the workplace to help with our understanding of appropriate practises.
